As a wife and mother of five, I’ve learned that relying on my own strength, willpower, and abilities will not get me very far.

Believe me when I say I’ve seen the lowest of lows when faced with the reality of my depression, alcoholism, and drug abuse.

The good news? I was set free from that life by a gracious and loving Father. My hope is built on Jesus as my Savior, and because of that gift of grace, I am able to share my story as a beacon of hope to those still in the trenches through Christian Life Coaching.

On an average day, you’ll find me with my wonderful family, caring for my body through exercise, or fixing up something gluten-free and tasty in the kitchen.

I love traveling and I particularly love soaking in the sun on the beach where I am inspired by God’s incredible creation.

When time allows, I love exploring new and exotic locations!
