Expose what is holding you back so that you are able to do your best work and strengthen your relationship with God.  To make positive changes in your life, you need to be honest with yourself and stop being complacent. Identify the things that are holding you back and take steps to overcome them. This process may take time, but it’s worth it to be able to live your best life.
  2. Make intentional actions every day. Don’t just go through the motions – be proactive in making your life better. This may involve things like changing your daily habits or seeking help from a mentor or counselor.
  3. Surround yourself with positive influences. It’s important to surround yourself with people who inspire and encourage you. Seek out sources of inspiration that lift you up and help you grow.
  4. Take care of your physical health. Eating well, exercising regularly, and getting enough sleep are all essential to feeling good and doing your best work. Make these things a priority in your life.
